Carbohydrates - You find them in sugary and starchy foods like potatoes, rice, cereals, pasta, bread and some fruit and vegetables.


Proteins - You find them in meats, poultry, fish, dairy products, eggs.


Fats - You find them in dairy products, meats, some poultry and fish.


Fibre - You find fibre in lots of food likecereals, fruit, bread and vegetables.


Minerals - Minerals are in lots of foods but are especially infresh fruit and vegetables.


Vitamins - Vitamins are mostly found in dairy products, fresh fruit and vegetables.
